This website aims to provide the resources needed to get court ordered, involuntary treatment (potentially at no cost) for your loved one’s disease of drug and/or alcohol addiction.

Restoration of Civil Rights

Under Kentucky’s Constitution, any Kentuckian convicted of a felony loses certain civil rights, including the right to vote and the right to hold public office. The Kentucky Constitution gives the Governor the discretion to restore these civil rights.

We unify the recovery community around key priorities — to reduce stigma by ending discrimination against people in recovery. We are working to eliminate barriers to recovery for every American and every family, and to help today’s children and future generations, who often are the biggest winners in the process of recovery.
